In regards to the specific qualities of the civilizations, the Persians, who had the largest military in their time, will be able to field massive armies, but their units won't be as powerful as the other civilizations in the game. However, that doesn't mean the Persians are totally outclassed.
Just as in real-life, Persian kings like Sargon and Nebuchadnezzar had their elite units, and you'll be to mimic them by permanently designating certain formations as Elite Formations. These new formations will be super strong and will cut a swath of destruction through enemy forces.

Par exemple les Perses auront de grosses armées, mais les soldats seront moins performants que leur adversaire. Mais ils auront quelques untiés d'élites pour combler ce trou.
Les Grecs, en petits nombre, auront les guerriers Spartiates, les Egyptiens auront les chariots, et les Romains les formations de vétérans.
